I don't want to yell, but over and over and over, so many can't seem to read and process that fact, sigh.
This step-up box from Power Systems can be adjusted to four different heights  (14", 16", 18", 20") so you can vary the intensity of your training during single or double-leg exercises. The step-up exercise box comes with a non-skid top deck (rubber over 3/4" plywood) surface for added safety.  Welded steel construction with wheels.
Top deck is an extra large 28 x 20".  I used this primarily for box squats and for belt squats (using two boxes), but great for step-ups and jumps too.  The extra-large size makes them very stable.
Weight is 55 lbs, but it's easily moved using the wheels and lifting handle.
