SHIPPING COST-
Most items are FREE SHIPPING and we usually ship the SAME DAY. We ship and package many items with great care. Many heavier items are shipped in special new wood boxes that we make for the specific item.
PALLETIZED ITEMS-
Most large items that need to be palletized must ship via Commercial Truck (Semi Truck). These items usually weigh around 150 lbs. If you live in a residential area or a location that is considered "limited access" they will charge an additional charge. The reason for this is that they must transfer your item onto another smaller truck or a truck with a lift gate. Solution 1.) have it delivered to a non limited access area. (e.g. maybe you have a friend with a business location or a unloading dock with a fork lift.) 2.) Pick up at the nearest terminal, usually YRC-(Yellow Freight)
TRACKING INFO-
Once you purchase your item, we supply all tracking info. If it is shipped via Commercial Truck we send you a letter explaining the shipping process. We supply you the Pro Number of the truck, the Name of the Commercial Carrier, the phone number for the Carrier and we supply your phone number so that can contact you to deliver.
ADDRESS INFO-
Careful- some people have a personal address on their ebay/Paypal account and this is not the location they want it delivered.  Some people have another person making the payment and their address is listed as the ship to address.
