Greetings,
For sale, I have a piece that was custom modified by another collector.
This is a Nomura Mars 107 Space Patrol.
It's a sizeable old tin toy - it measures 13 inches long, without extending the rear red sliders.
The original toy was less appealing, with a "ray gun" mounted on top.
Another collector did some nice work and replaced that gun with a fantastic red Robby.
I purchased this for display - it's a great piece to catch the eye.   It's just too large for my diminishing display space.
It does not run - though I can see wiring behind Robby's gel - I suspect that it was intended to operate and have a light in there.
I've not opened it up - I don't know what might be inside, though the battery compartment is in fantastic shape.
